less than 24 hours the agent Pablo for Simple Simba called me even though I had a reservation that expired on the 31st he tells me your room I assigned it to someone else give me your bank details and I'll give you your money back he was so rude and I had everything packed up now for the waste of time and money I find myself without a home I would have paid the full amount when I had the keys on top of everything. but they didn't keep their word I didn't receive my deposit.
