Very good course, explains all about manual handling , the correct way to proceed, the issues and long term problems that can occur if lifting and handling is done incorrectly. Explains the symptoms and health benefits if procedures are followed/not followed. All in all an excellent thorough basic course explaining procedures and effects on the body and how it works.
