My husband and I first instructed 1st Scenic to fit black aluminium replacement patio doors in March this year. On the 22nd June the fitters fitted the new ones, but unfortunately we noticed there was a fairly long scratch on it. I rang the company and explained the situation to Debbie Shields, Admin Manager, who was extremely rude! Subsequently, Dave Shields-a horrible man!-left a message with me threatening me with legal action if I didn't take my negative reviews down. Why exactly? It’s true! They have been paid IN FULL and I am left with faulty doors, until they are hopefully rectified!
