I purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture from 1StopBedrooms.com over 72 days ago and they have delivered nothing but excuses ever since. Every time I call or email them about the order they blame the delayed or lost delivery on their carrier and tell me they have expedited it with them. Their logistics problems are not my problem I paid in full for the furniture and if the order is lost or misplaced I feel they should have sent a new order to me under expedited delivery with a different carrier or fully refunded my money so I can shop someplace else. They refuse to do either! I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and several thousand dollars is more than I can stand to lose. I feel 1StopBedrooms.com has misrepresented themselves and basically, they have stolen my money! I would not recommend doing any kind of business with them unless you want problems.
