Front end process for ordering was good. User friendly web site, good product selection, fair price. Havent received the product yet so can't comment on shipping experience . Originally scheduled to ship on or before 5/7 but now showing on or before 5/21-5/27. Hoping this isn't the start of a shipping nightmare.
