Due to schedule issues on my end, he also arranged to release my furniture on the 24th so it would be delivered at the right time! Super personable and helpful! This was five stars until I received FedEx notices tonight that everything is being delivered tomorrow between 11 and 2, instead of after the 24th when I will have recovered from my broken ankle surgery! Charlie, what happened?
