I have only good things to say about the service person who spoke with me. We worked to meet my needs which happen to be a tiny living room, and I needed to do all the cart with a lot of the merchandise that I chose so we put together a sectional, and I’m very pleased with the idea that it turned out, in fact, I’m kind of getting a little bit anxious to get it, but the service rep was not only courteous and respectful had a nice sense of humor, and he made sure that he was paying attention to detail The reason for the four stars is simply that we can all improve someway or another. I have no criticism of this encounter.
