I worked directly with Raymond (x-7035) and he was very professional, helpful in answering my questions/concerns and in providing me with the confidence to make this purchase today with the understanding that, if things work out as we think, I will be purchasing 3 additional stools after inspection of the 1st stool (to confirm that it swivels).
