I hesitated for a while even there were good and bad reviews. I’m glad that I still went ahead and ordered my couch. Customer service was really helpful they let me know the update of my shipping. I waited about a month for my couch to shipped due to going back and customizing a few things. For a big shipping I thought that the shipping was fast.
