We were excited to visit and complete our order of our sectional for the living room. Everything was timely and delivery was confirmed. I was taken aback a little when I was told that our deal was delayed because suddenly... the free delivery was no longer valid. Out of the blue, to keep my order for my nearly ?$4000.00 couch, I had to fork outaround another $200.00. I was a bit Surprised. This was not our original deal. I discussed it with my family and we decided to pursue our original decision , but to be alert for fraud. The sectional was at first to be delivered in two weeks. With the delay of the delivery charge, it suddenly was to be delivered about a month later or possibly more. I sent the payment, but I was worried about not only the time but also the extra cash for a delivery that I had been led to believe would be free. However, I was informed that my purchase was going to arriving earlier than I ever expected. The very next morning, I received a phone call to inform me that the purchase would delivered in half an hour. The truck arrived and the two men brought it all into my living room. Then, they actually surprised me and put the thing all together. The young men were very polite and very friendly respectful. They were proud of their product and took the time to show me how to operate it. They showed me the best way to plug it in with the least amount of electric chords showing and being in the way. They made certain we were comfortable with their service and the merchandise before they left. I was impressed with their effort. I am still impressed with the sectional and the companies that worked with us to get our perfect product. Thank you.
