This is how customers are treated! After being in a battle with this company for some time now to retrieve a refund, I have pasted an email from the company director sent to me after reminding them I am within my rights to receive a refund for an item I have not received. As you will see, this company claims to have no money to refund me, however can afford a holiday abroad for two weeks. This clearly shows inaccuracies in the finances of the owner. He is happy to refuse refunds whilst travelling overseas on holiday at vast costs. I have only ever requested a refund and stated I will be forced to take legal action to receive it. This is just one of many replies to this matter. Others have initially informed me I am not allowed a refund even though this is legally incorrect. The reason I requested a refund was this wheelchair is in desperate need for me as I am a wheelchair user. I have received delay date after delay date from April, and the latest was for the end of August. One company working on this wheelchair has apparently gone into administration, and as Mr Larkam at 2020Mobility has told me many times the company is struggling and can not afford any refunds, I am severely worried I will lose the £4300 I have paid him for goods not received. I totally understand times are hard but that money is from savings and has been needed desperately to enable me to get about for some months. From: Andy Larkam
