We did not have a contact phone number or a phone that works in UK when we arrived at Heathrow airport. It took us a while to make sure that the driver was not around. But when we finally made contact, we met the driver in no time. We were transported to our flat. He was helpful and courteous. Again, I also give credit to the customer support who were very responsive.
