The wrong parts were shipped I ordered air filters for my John Deere and you sent oil filters. After a couple of phone calls the air filters were sent out and a rerun authorization was emailed to me to send the oil filters back which took time and gas to get them to a UPS center.
A little closer attention on the front end would have eliminated the problem.
