I ordered the wrong fuel filter for my excavator and got the wrong one. They took the time to help me get the right one and also offered to pay to ship it back but I had filled it with fuel so wasn’t able to. When I ordered another filter they sent me pics to make sure it was right before shipping it. Best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time.
