Richard the owner came in person and was on time which seems to be impossible for other agents. He came armed with lots of comparable details and gave a very good breakdown of his services, his fees and what he expected to achieve for us in price which was more than some were able to do. Overall we were very happy with the none pushy friendly approach offered by 247 and even happier which what we can save by using them.
When we move 247 will be top of the list of agents and we have already recommended Richard to other people we know.
