247 Property Agent has been expectional. We have had a few bumps down the road, some small and some big but they sort them all with expertise and creativity. An agent who is available 24/7 makes a massive difference and the process much more efficient. Previously, we had hired a well known estate agent that we let go at the end of the first three months of the contract after they told us that 9:00am viewings on Saturday were inconvenient for them despite the request from potential buyers so we will have to do them ourselves.
