After much frustration and high anxiety, I went on the web to seek out a computer repair site. Being one who is careful and willing to spend time researching products and companies (or individuals who do repair work), I found 24/7 pc repair. The offer to remotely resolve my problems, coupled with a guarantee compelled me to call the 1-800 listed on the site. A very friendly gentleman named, Sid, answered and began what turned out to be a very satisfying resolution to my problem. Sid went to work right away and within minutes, resolved my issue I was having. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He didn't rush through the problem but spent time double-checking his work and testing my system before declaring my problem had been resolved. And it was. It always satisfying to find the proper support in time of crises. If I should ever have another issue with my computer, Sid will be the one I first contact. I highly recommend this gentleman.
