Not sure how I found 247PCRepair but glad I did worked with Sid who did and outstanding job of helping me resolve my computer issue. Not only did Sid resolve the issue but did and outstanding job of explaining what had happened, I know who to call if I ever have another issue and also who I will recommend to all my friends if they have an issue with a computer.
