I had a particular file that I could not remove. After two days of searching and following instructions on the internet, nothing worked. I searched around on the internet, found Sid's website, read the reviews and decided to give him a shot. Glad I did. Price was very fare and it only took him maybe 20 minutes to delete the file that I could not. Found he was very honest and straight forward, as well, he had a great sense of humor. I will be using Sid from here on out. Thanks Sid, your the MAN!!!!
