Sid, of PCRepair was the perfect gentleman and technician. I am 81 years old and he and I worked together perfectly. My brain is slow and he had the patience of a saint. I called several repair places before calling PCRepair and was not at all satisfied with their responses. Sid and I fixed the problem in less than an hour. It was an absolute joy to work with him. From now on PCRepair shall be the only place I call for computer work. THANK YOU, SID!!!
