I chatted with Sid online then he phoned me. He was very honest! He fixed my computer in under 1 hour. I had printer problems, scanner connectivity problems, tab issues amongst other things. He let me follow along and he stayed on the phone with me - describing what he was doing and helping me feel safe about using a remote internet company. He was nice, polite and very helpful.
