A pleasure to deal with! We had to cancel and re-book our stay twice because of the pandemic, and Glasgow City Flats were always accommodating and understanding and allowed us to re-book without losing our deposit.
When we finally got to our apartment in Merchant City, Graham was waiting for us outside in the rain (!) and took us round our immaculate apartment, and made sure we were happy with everything.
I would be happy to book with GCF again, and would recommend them to anybody.
