I have experienced the team behind Glasgow City Flats as very friendly and willing to help, be it getting a special type of kettle for the flat, getting a broken washing machine replaced extremely fast or allowing me to send luggage ahead before my holidays and having it transported to the flat before my arrival. Not to mention their patient cooperation during the booking processes by blocking the flat until my holiday requests at home made it through the "jungles" of administrational mishaps.
