Hello. I would like to say how pleased I have been with Glasgow City Flats. The property we rented in The Merchant City area was one we had stayed in before. Cosy, comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. The communication between GCF and myself was excellent too. The booking process went smoothly and Clare who I dealt with always answered my emails promptly and in a friendly manner. I had made a bit of a mix up with which apartment I wanted to book, but Clare was very patient and rearranged it all! We kept in touch on the day of our arrival with our welcome contact by phone and he was there to guide us from the parking spot to the flat and made sure we had all the info we needed.
