I ordered an iPhone 15 from Three Ireland's online store, but I never received it. They claim that the device was signed for and delivered to my address, but that is not true. I have been in contact with them for a long time (close to 3 months now), but they refuse to issue a refund or a replacement. They told me to contact the Gardaí if I suspect postal fraud, however, the CCPC told me that that is not my responsibility, and by doing so Three is shifting the responsibility onto me, while they legally are accountable. Therefore, they are the ones who should investigate and resolve this issue.
According to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, Three Ireland is not legally allowed to do this. They are violating my consumer rights and their own terms and conditions.
I am very disappointed and angry with Three Ireland. They have shown no regard for their customers or the law. They have lost my trust and my business and I would not recommend them to anyone. Please be careful and avoid them if you can.
