I am delighted with 365. They sent just the right amount of emails to keep me informed: I got annoyed with another online electrical supplier as they sent far too many texts. I had accidentally ordered a freezer which would have been too tall so rang up about this to change the order and was treated very helpfully by a nice man who sorted things out quickly. The delivery driver arrived bang on time and was also very nice. Would definitely use 365 from now on when we next need to replace a broken appliance.
