Delighted with the speed between order and delivery. I was given a 7-9am timeslot and delivery was made at 7am - impressive as the item left Leicester and was delivered in Darlington. My only grumble is that I didn't receive a phonecall half an hour before delivery was made, but this has not detracted from the service.
