It's a pity your customer service isn't available on sundays as I wasn't sure my order would be accepted before my arrival in Paris (the next day), where I wouldn't have had the opportunity to print my voucher. Moreover, it's only after payment I noticed I had done a double booking & had no solution to cancel it online. Luckily, one of your employees called me first thing in the monday morning & made me feel confident about the way you operate bookings. Otherwise I would have considered your service very poor ...
