Mistakes galore, delays, and thr rudest email 'service' imaginable. My cats vital heart medication order was messed up, told to reorder, no service received to the mistakes make, told to order again and the order was cancelled and refunded without being made aware. This is all down to the rude, passive aggressive person 'dealing' with things via email. Blocked from escalating to management. Avoid at all costs. My prescription is now expired and I've not had a chance to order elsewhere due to this rude incompetence.
