I also have used 365vet in the past but last week I placed an order on the 1st Aug. Five days later, when I rang to enquire where my order was, I was told it had been sent out 1st class. I asked if that was in fact the day I made the order and was told 'yes'.
The order arrived two days after my call to them and I see that the invoice date is actually the date of my phone call to them. ie 5 days after she told me it had been sent.
I do not like being misled and have now, having read other reviews about this company I will not be using them again.
