Horrendous customer service. Misleading buttons when making a purchase. Instead of £1 , I accidentally agreed to pay £30 for a pack in Puzzles & Chaos. Contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY asking for a refund and for the correct package to be added on my account. Three days later, they've refused to give a refund and are threatening to close my account if I contact the credit card issuer. Stay away.
