Dont use delivery with this company they offer 3 to 7 day delivery, we are 4 weeks and counting, sick to death of hearing the words"we will escalate the issue " nothing is their fault apparently. The delivery company don't know anything either, no customer service, paid with credit card so time to contact the bank as we were told refunds had to be approved!!!
