Mislabelled shipment from 4wd supacentre who have admitted their mistake but are now claiming they can do nothing about it as it is the courier fault. Refuse to respond to emails or phones calls. Will not release the package so I can collect from the courier depot. Rude call centre staff who told me they are not interested in helping as it has only been 10 days which is inside their shipping policy.
