I placed an order online for two Christmas presents for my kids - Transaction date: 04/12/2022 19:18:46 GMT+10:00.
The delivery times where listed as 3-7 days for my area in QLD.
It has been 7 days so decided to click the link to track the order, I have discovered it is listed to arrive 1st January... seriously? I am located 55 minutes from a distributor on the Sunshine Coast? How is 4 weeks shipping acceptable?
