Absolutely NO customer service!! rude, robot answers with no assistance. A faulty item (of not great value) required photographs...AND A VIDEO!! Plus 5 dot point answers as to...why it was faulty!!
Don't try and deal with them if what was purchased was faulty! I guess that is why they make it so stupidly hard to claim. I gave up...they are not worth the angst!
