How dare you send me review emails when I am still to receive my policy documents. Even after numerous phone calls and even a email to still not receive any confirmation of my insurance, the only correspondence I have had is a direct debit mandate. I want someone to call me regarding my policy asap, before I take this matter to your regulating bodies and ombudsman's along with the watchdog and trading standards!
