Overpriced. Waiting 30 - 40 days to receive a refund is ridiculous when I was made to pay £336 up front. Charged £50 cancelation and £34 for 1 weeks worth of cover is shocking. When you phone the customer service team it seems like you are an inconvenience. Not happy at all. Feel like I have been chasing them to process my query. Hopefully will receive my refund soon.
