Applied for car insurance online and received an email saying to wait for a call back or call them on a given number if I need an immediate cover... Tried calling that number like 10 times, every time the guy would just hang up on me! Really? Pathetic customer service. I would cancel my cover straight away if the the fuckers would ever speak to me!!!!
