For a first time I tried this company. What an awful experience - NEVER EVER again. - First and foremost their sizes are wrong: I' am L size but I ordered an XL size bathrobe to feel more comfortable. Unbelievably, it barely covered me! - The quality was so awfully poor, that I decided to return it immediately. - The WORST return policy: I had to pay the return cost from my own pocket. - UNTRUSTWORTHY: I sent them the receipt to track the parcel that should have been returned to them in 2 days. They promised to notify me when received and to refund me. After 11 days they had not. I strongly complained and ONLY THEN they notified me that they will refund. However and to my shocking surprise, they would partially refund me. I was so furious that I warned them for taking legal action. After that they fully refunded me. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED and trapped by their prices. Avoid them.
