The charger unit came apart in my wife's hand as she tried to withdraw it from the socket. Her fingers touched the innards of the unit, she was electrocuted and thrown across the room. Could have been fatal if she had had an underlying health condition. Complained about this, had a limited response despite filling in a report sent to me through a link. Customer care is clearly not an issue. Still buying coils though 'cos I've got 2 pens.
