I have instructed the company to sale my flat in 2022, with inappropriate pricing strategy, I am not able to sell. I have decided to withdraw from the market October 2024 and have requested the company to return my keys. It's been 5 months, after tones of follow up emails and calls, I still haven't got my keys back. It is a really bad service I have received. I urge the company to return my flat's keys with no further delay. Otherwise, I should be seeking for support from authority body!
