It’s easy to use and clean, and extremely consistent. For a two person household, it’s the perfect machine. We have been using it daily since we got it 2 years ago. One thing to keep in mind is that it does take some time to get the proper grind setting, and that will vary based on your beans, how fresh they are, and your altitude. Also, you’ll probably overheat it a few times like I have, so be sure to stock up on extra seals and pressure release washers. Easy to fix though, and support has been helpful, along with the generous warranty.
