I gave it 5 in honesty and reliability, I had issues with FedEx saying was delivered and it wasn’t, I have video proof got delivered the day after claiming it was, my complain was successful and 9 Barista is not only a great coffee machine, it also has great management and customer service. Thank you. I am happy to change my review for what really deserve.
