I love the customer service at 9Barista. Their machine is awesome, every day a perfect coffee, who can want more. Ordering spare parts is easy and quick. Email response time with any questions I have had is also speedy and helpful. I have owed my 9Barista for nearly 3 years and each time I have had a question, someone from 9Barista has been ready with an answer.
