This is a delightful espresso machine. I've been previously using a big Italian dual boiler for espresso and was looking for something which produces a shot quickly, economically and reliably. The Moka pots are fast, stovetop driven, but tend to overheat the coffee puck during extraction. 9Barista Jet Engineered... Along comes this 9Barista physics master class in a pot. I love the physics behind the design, it's well made and produces extremely reliable espresso shot after shot and is quick to clean afterwards. My only qualm is that the portafilter cools the shot before I can pour into my cup. I'm looking at ways of preheating this to reduce the cooling effect. Otherwise it's excellent, can't praise it enough.
