Very satisfying customer experience as always with 9Barista! I ordered a new portafilter and paper filters, but due to technical reasons, the filters could not be added to the cart and shipped to my country (France). So, I only ordered the portafilter and sent a message to customer service to report this 'bug'. Without me asking for any gesture, the Customer Service team decided to offer me the filters and add them to my order. Granted, it's just a few euros, but it's the gesture that counts and that's how you recognize exceptional customer service. Thank you, 9Barista! Your customer service is as exceptional as the coffee your machine is capable of producing!!
