Unfortunately I had to send my 9barista in for repairs. Everything was handled quickly and in a super friendly manner. Within a few days my beloved machine came back to Germany. Even though I caused the problem myself, the 9barista team only charged for shipping, some seals and replacement parts – not labor. They did a great job, the service is great! Thank you very much!
