Not only is the engineering at 9Barista the absolute best, so is customer service! They are quick to respond and friendly. Support is there with a diagnosis almost instantly. Their mission in life seems to be a high dedication to solving your issue. My 2 issues were both traced back to the problematic burr grinder. This machine and the company behind it? Keepers!!
