Had my 9Barista Espresso Machine for over two years. Bought one of the first - Mark 1 #283. It is aesthically delightful (almost hilarious) from opening the package, on assembly, to seeing it in action; reliable - first use was, perhaps, befuddling, but ever since it has just worked time after time; robust - super-well-made, unexpectedly heavy, thoughtful selection of materials for each component; fun - enjoy the ritual of using it; and makes great coffee - personally, I add it to a mug of hot milk, best coffee of the day.
