Simply, I love the machine design and compared to other espresso machines the outcome of the espressos is very satisfying. Of course it doesn't meet the quality of the coffee shop espresso machines, but it gets very close. Also, given the size of the machine, the espresso is very creamy, which is an excellent base to make cappuccinos or lattes.
